CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 10-15 days.

Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activities. Legal action may be initiated where necessary.

PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD DETAILS

Users must use only legally owned payment instruments. Sajana By Shagun is not liable for credit card fraud; responsibility lies with the cardholder.

Prices are can be inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes. The information is shared on the cart  and checkout page.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
