NON-DELIVERABLE OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

  • Exchanges are applicable only for the same product and are subject to verification.

OPENING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To request an exchange, you must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited video that meets the following criteria:

  • The video must show all sides of the sealed parcel before opening
  • The shipping label and invoice must be clearly visible
  • The video must capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • If the video is found to be edited, unclear, incomplete, or improperly recorded, potlibysurbhi.com reserves the right to reject the exchange request.
